Glenroy Cottage Crafts

Unique and handmade - the Glenroy Cottage Craft shop has something for everyone...this unique little shop has been operating for almost 40 years and sits alongside the world renowned Pioneer Women's Hut Museum, the Heritage Quilt Museum and local farming exhibitions.

All goods are handmade.  Talented crafters and creators of beautiful products offer a superb range of goods to buy including baby wear and toys, jams and chutneys, textile homewards, hand knits, bags, jewellery, and wood work.

Set among scenic picnic grounds, visitors can relax, shop, and step back in time.  There are also barbeques and toilet facilities.

The Glenroy Cottage Craft Shop is part of the Glenroy Heritage Reserve, which is a not-for-profit community organisation run by volunteers with the assistance of the local Council.  Part of the commission of sales is used to maintain the shop.  The remainder goes to the predominantly local artisans, thus enabling their support of the local and regional economy.

The Glenroy Cottage Craft Shop is open on weekends and public holidays from 10.00am to 4.00pm and on Wednesdays from 11.00am to 4.00pm.  It is open for tour groups by prior arrangement.
